Putting up a bike rack in the shed. An exercise complicated first by the supplied screws being rubbish, (the heads stripped as they were too soft), then the replacement screws I bought requiring the services of my old rechargeable screwdriver. It hasn’t been charged in ten years, but I didn’t need the motor – I needed the bit as it was the right size for the screws. And then I accidentally allowed the rechargeable screwdriver to disassemble itself. All over the shed floor.
I did get it back together, eventually. I managed to reintegrate the six small plastic cogs (three red, three black), the five various bits of cast metal, and the three long metal posts. I still have the six short metal posts, though. Perhaps they’ll come in handy one day.
