going vegan need some help?

ok so i am a vegetarian and i need some help..

so i have been a vegetarian for quite some time and i would like some help going vegan i bought some soymilk

i want some tips advice ideas what works for you ect….. thank u

oh and some websites recorces anything realy helps what u eat to get ur dayly nutrition values stuff like that

I find the best way to find out daily nutrition values you should just go to google and browse a bunch of sites to get well rounded idea of what you need.

The number one thing you have to remember is to experiment with everything, take some time to find a bunch of recipes you want to try with tofu, tempeh, egg alternatives, soy milk etc. It’s fun and you’ll be surprised how good everything tastes.

Stock up on your favorite veggies and fruits, don’t forget about eating them because once you find a bunch of vegan friendly frozen foods and stuff it’s easy to get side tracked. But preparing your own meals will usually always be healthier!
