Health, fitness and diets?

Posted by admin on February 9, 2012

Hi, recently I have been eating a lot of sugary foods and have decided to stop eating chocolate and sweets and any thing else high in sugar. I have been doing this for about a week and am running out of things too eat, so what I’m looking for are some healthy snacks and not too expensive. Also I’m going for a 6 pack I can just about make out 4 muscles before I tense and when I tense I can see them easily. I do 50 sit ups and 25 press ups every night before i go to bed, is this a good time to do exercise ? Also what do you think about protein shakes are they good or bad.By the way I’m 14 and I’m not fat at all.

Chosen Answer:
