Some people say you can get ripped in 6 months thats a bunch of BS unless you are a mesomorph, a person who is naturally muscualar. FYI – I dont have any weight to lose im 5′ 3″ 145 lbs petite hardgainer , been working out for about 6 months with no dramatic results other than I went from 126 – 145 lbs and my strenght went up but my body still looks the same, only gained an inch here and there (biceps calfs). I think its going to take me one more year. I only train 5 sets 5 reps for strength, I know more reps gives more muscle but im not going down that path. I wanna be strong and look strong.

Chosen Answer:

Ritchie, you have a small frame, which means that you will not get ripped because you do not have a muscular body type. Your weight has gone from 126 lbs to 145 lbs. That is great. Your body has put on 19 pounds of lean muscle. That is a lot considering you have only worked out for 6 months. Your body is responding. You will continue to get stronger and your muscles will get a little bigger and more defined, but they will not get huge because of your body type. You must remember that you have a lot of lean muscle. Doing more reps with light weights will tone your muscles. By doing less reps and adding more weight will help your muscles grow because the heavier weight

Hi, I tested this brand new supplement from http://humolt.bigfoodplan.info. They have a risk free trial on right now. What it does, is flush out your pipes, there can be as much as 20 pounds in there, and no amount of diet and working out is likely to rid you of it. Give it a try out – I did, and melted away 17 pounds LOL!!!

Realize that those guys are for the most part air-brushed and genetically gifted. It’s not a bad lifestyle to pursue, but don’t delude yourself to the point that you get discouraged. Keep up the good work.
