One of the best excersices i have found to increase vertical leap is called a power jump. You do a power squat which would by spreading your feet shoulder width apart and squatting down until your knees are at a 90 degree angle. You then jump straight up and extend your arms upward as high as you can landing in the squat position and do it again. This is the best workout to improve vertical that you will ever find. You will really feel the results.

Google “Jump Soles”, a training shoe that can help you meet your goal. They are expensive, but can be worth it.
